This next cd was put out on December 12, 2019. I wrote this cd with thoughts that had to do with getting older and how being older effects how people treat us in our everyday world. There are happy and sad songs, songs of love, songs of doing nothing and feeling that's ok, songs of lasting love and lost love. It's got a little for everyone. I wrote the songs first and then gave the song a title of the first thing that popped into my head. I later wrote the lyrics to go with that song title. Again, this was a work of collaboration and artistic sharing that together lent themselves to separate pieces of art, my song and George's interpretation through his amazing guitar solos.
1. Stay with me - a song of love asking your partner to stay with you because of all the things you share.
2. Sometimes Nothing is Just Enough for me - The song is about what the title says, sometimes nothing is just enough for me if you take the time to enjoy it.
3. One Hell of a Ride - This is a song that talks about what happens when things start too get exciting for one reason or another.
4. You Bring out the Best in me - A song about realizing that sometimes the best things about you were brought about by someone else.
5. Empty Days - A song about the joy of not being lonely anymore.
6. Midnight Sun - A song about two people who tried to have a relationship but it wasn't meant to be.
7. Too Little too Late - A song about someone who never planned to be around for the long haul.
8. Eeny Meeny Miny Moe - A song about reflection on one's own life.
9. It's Not - A song about someone doing the same things alone that they used to share with another who isn"t around anymore.
10. Bluebird Blues - A song about being really sad and unhappy and not being able to get out of it.
